This is a support area on how to use our webshop.

All of the products listed on this website are available for purchase.

If you do not already have an HTK Webshop account with us, you will need to create one by clicking on the “My Account” tab on the Menu Bar. To register, you must enter your e-mail address so that we can send you an automatically generated password and username, together with instructions on how to activate your HTK Webshop customer account. Please activate your account within 7 days, otherwise it will be deleted automatically. In the “My Account” section of the website you may change the original password to one of your choice should you wish. Please ensure that you enter all of the requested information in this section, including your full postal address.

  • If you already have an established HTK Webshop account, please login using your username or e-mail address and password.

Clicking on the “Products” tab will direct you to the various products that we offer. Click on the product that you are interested in to show full details and information about that product, together with the option to download a printable pdf Data Sheet. You can then add the required quantity of that item to your basket.

With your chosen item(s) in your Basket, you may select your shipping method. Goods are normally shipped via UPS, although shipping using other carriers is possible FCA Hamburg.

In the Checkout Area, you may select your payment method: either ‘PayPal’ or ‘Invoice’.

  • If you have selected ‘PayPal’, you may pay by either Credit Card or Debit Card.
  • If you have selected ‘Invoice’, we will forward our Invoice to you immediately upon receipt of your order. Please pay the invoice within 7 days to the account specified in the invoice.

To complete your order, click on “Buy Now” in the Checkout Area. We will then send you an Order Confirmation and process your order.
